Most likely no.

Rann and Thanagar are probably gonna be Deathstrokes for a long, long time. I wouldn't be surprised if another Speed Force character made it into the set, as there are a couple Flash and Flash Kids that can appear.

Ditto as Icymatt. Rann and Thranagar are likely to get a single card or two over the next four sets. Hopefully they'll be cards that are worth playing.

Speedforce may get more, though, but they won't be a full team.

Rann and Thanagar are already usable right off the bat, though, as they're very similar to Mosaic World; they only work for affiliated characters, but there are also benefits to actually granting an affiliation. If you need to give a big group of characters some particular affiliation, these cards can help. When you call Rann/X-Men with a Team-Up, it's a nice little Forced Allegiance for Blackbird Blue if you need it. :)
