(and, yes, it's completely counter-intuitive and most of us didn't play it this way before it was clarified).

ok, so it was misremembering on my part. i remembered this ruling, but then i thought it was retracted because it was dumb. i guess i just imagined the part about it being retracted.

My H/W link does not reflect the wants for my collection, it is a list of figures that I already have, but still "want" to play.
