i really loved all the ultimates books fights like cap and giant man and the big spread when they went aginst loki and u see a hypertime slowed down quicksliver on each page kickin arsh.
World War Hulk books were something else too... Like the x-men batch where hulk pulled wolvie's brain out
I still love the one liner with nick fury "well my god has a hammer" in secert invasion and then the next page Tony finishes Assemble and you see the marvel u gettin ready to beat some skrull butt
Then was'nt thier a story where everyone was beatin on the big purple world eater galaictus and Spidey and daredevil was sittin on a roof top eatin popcorn watching it? lol.
But my 2 favs is the old uncanny x-men with Wolive Cap and widow on the cover and they are beatin up some ninjas hardcore And the one hulk book where the west coast avengers and normal avengers are tryin to stop the hulk and they dog pile him and he just snaps and throws bodies every which way
Pal Lemme tell ya, the list of no-name schlubs who almost killed spidey is longer than my J.Johan Jameson!-Deadpool
Any and all of the Hulk vs Thing battles in the FF. There are probably a half dozen, all good.
The already mentioned Spiderman vs Firelord
The Avengers Arc where the MoE invade the Avengers Mansion is full of good fights and beatdowns.
I know it is not really a Marvel property anymore, but GI Joe #34 where it is Ace and the Skystriker vs Wild Weasel and the Rattler is one of my all time favorite reads.
Haven't read it in a while, but What If...? vol.1 #45, what if the Hulk went Berserk? resolves the Thor vs. Hulk debate, in my mind.
Fin Fang Foom's best appearance is in Iron Man #270-275, the Dragon Seed. If it's not in TPB, it should be. Every time someone breaks his finger, or he shows up with a silly hat on, I cry...
There's a few gorgeous Ron Lim pages in Captain America #366 with Namor. Doesn't last long, but that one stuck with me.

I think issue #211 may have played more of a role. Colossus and Nightcralwer were critically injured by Riptide, and Shadowcat was put out of phase by Harpoon.
Hulk #300 - the Hulk vs. Avengers (and everyone else in NYC) It takes Professor X, Magick and Dr. Strange to restrain the Hulk (and send him into the cross-roads). My favorite part is seeing Star Fox go "I'll use my Mind tickle on the Hulk", and the Hulk punching him inthe face.
And in an episode of the New Mutants (I don't remember the number), New Mutants (lead by Magneto) vs. the Avengers. Hercules gets Magneto in a bear hug and shouts "No one can break the grip of Hercules". Magneto just wiggles his hands and shrugs off Hercules, "My cape is made with chainmail...I am the Master of Magnitism."
In another scene, Captain America throws his shield at the New Mutants and Magick opend a teleport disc and the shield is lost in Limbo. Poor Cap. (hehe)

The only good thing accomplished by the One More Day story is that the Clone Saga is no longer the worst Spider-man storyline. - Owlman
Hulk vs Thor @ the end of the Avengers/Defenders war was great, little action but great none the less.
Hulk had a good knock down drag out w/ the silver surfer in Incredible hulk 250. Hulk wanted Surfer to take him to another planet and when surfer tried to explain that he couldn't (he was still trapped on earth at this time) Hulk tried to steal his board.
Doom vs Mr Fantastic in FF 200 was a great "final" battle. Would have liked it to have been the final battle as it was so climactic, but I also love doom and wold have hated to have lost him.
