They've said that the second GF never got made because they lost the license. Street Fighter was also made at a time when they were bringing Halo back and had just got the main line basically back up and running, plus we had Gears of War and Iron Maiden worked on/out. We also know that work was done on the second set of Street Fighter because it was announced and a slide exists with a second Bison.

If I were to guess, they lost the license because time ran out (because of the above mini-expansion and not having enough resources to get everything okayed and out on time).

edit: Distribution wise he reports 1 Chase and 3 Super-Rares per Case with each GF either having 2 SR's or 1 SR and 1 Chase. He opened 2 cases

So anyone getting hit by the shortage or whatever that was posted a couple pages back? My store says that my prepaid case isn't on the invoice for next week's shipment.
