Cool But Crude: Raphael can use Battle Fury and Shape Change. Lock Blades: Raphael can use Blades/Claws/Fangs. Adjacent opposing characters can't use Blades/Claws/Fangs.
Party Dude: When Michelangelo or another friendly character with the TMNT keyword makes an attack, attack rolls of 11 are also Critical Hits. Sewer Skating: If Michelangelo is indoors, he can use Hypersonic Speed. If he is outdoors, he can use Side Step.
Does Machines: Give Donatello a power action when he is adjacent to an object or a character holding an object. Remove that object from the game and all friendly characters with the TMNT keyword modify their attack values by +1 until one of those characters hits an opposing character. Brains of the Bunch: Donatello can use Outwit. When he does, roll a d6. 5-6: Donatello can use Outwit a second time this turn, targeting the same character.
Leads: Leonardo can use Leadership. When he does and succeeds, modify the defense value of one friendly character with the TMNT keyword by +1 until your next turn. Twin Katanas: Leonardo can use Blades/Claws/Fangs. When he does, he may instead roll 2d6 and choose one as the result.

Movement: Hindering 500 Years of Foot Tradition: Foot Ninja can use Sidestep and Stealth Katar: Penetrating Dagger: Foot Ninja can use Blades/Claws/Fangs. When Foot Ninja makes a close attack while occupying Hindering Terrain, the damage dealt is penetrating.

Running From the Federation and the Triceratons for Years: Fugitoid can use Energy Shield Deflection and Stealth. When an attack misses Fugitoid you may place him up to 3 squares away from his current square Inventor of the Transmat: Fugitoid can use phasing teleport with a speed value of 12. When he does, he can use the Carry ability to carry up to 4 characters, but only those that share a keyword with him.
Sacrificial Dagger: Chien Khan can use Blades/Claws/Fangs and Steal Energy. When Chien Khan KOs an opposing character, after actions resolve, heal him 2 clicks. Open a Gate to the World of the Oni: Once per game, when Chien Khan KOs an opposing character, after actions resolve you may place a Noi Tai Dar Great Oni bystander as described on this card in the KOd character's square.

So My Part of the Plan Was What?: If a friendly character named Shredder is on the map, Bebop can use Willpower. Friendly characters named Shredder or Rocksteady can use Enhancement, but only to modify characters named Bebop or Rocksteady. Uh... Did I Screw Up Again?: Once per turn when Bebop misses an attack, put an Incompetent Idiot token on this card. Give Bebop a free action and remove 2 Incompetent Idiot tokens to heal another friendly character that shares a keyword 2 clicks.
Uh... What Was I Supposed To Be Doing?: If a friendly character named Shredder is on the map, Rocksteady can use Willpower. Friendly characters named Shredder or Bebop can use Empower, but only to modify characters named Bebop or Rocksteady. Missed It By Thaaaaat Much: Once per turn when Rocksteady misses an attack, put a Mutant Moron token on this card. Give Rocksteady a free action and remove 2 Mutant Moron tokens to remove all action tokens from another friendly character that shares a keyword.
Thermite Grenade: When Shredder is KO'd from an attack, deal 3 penetrating damage to all characters within 3 squares, and on the same elevation, of the square he last occupied. You Cannot Beat Me, Even Four to One: Shredder modifies his defense value by +1 for each opposing character within 3 squares. Head of the New York Branch of the Foot: Shredder can use Leadership. When he does and succeeds, instead of removing one action token, remove an action token from up to 2 adjacent friendly characters with the Foot Clan keyword regardless of point value.

Movement: Ignores Hindering Tundra Stalker: Alopex can use Sidestep and Stealth. When Alopex attacks and opposing character that isn't the highest point value on it's force, modify her attack value by +1 Your Armor Makes You Weak: When Alopex hits an opposing character with an attack and the damage is reduced, modify that character's attack value by -2 until your next turn
Leonardo, My... Rival: UNIQUE MODIFIER - When Karai is adjacent to a friendly character named Leonardo, modify their attack values by +1. The Shredder Bluff: STOP - Karai can use Close Combat Expert. Once per game, give Karai a free action to make a range attack. If she hits, instead of normal damage, deal the hit target penetrating damage equal to your attack total minus the target's defense value (minimum 1).
Movement: Hindering Throwing My Weight Around: Slash can use Charge and Improved Movement ignores blocking terrain and destroys blocking terrain as the character moves through it. Just You And Me Against The World, Raph: Slash can use Close Combat Expert and Empower. UNIQUE MODIFIER - Adjacent friendly characters named Raphael modify their attack and defense values by +1.
The Skull Commands Me: When another friendly character KO's an opposing character, place a skull token on this card. Once per turn you may remove a Skull token from this card to give Zog a move, close combat, or ranged combat action as a free action with his speed and attack values modified by -1 You Can't Get Pinned Down Commander Zoraph: Zog can use charge. When he does and begins the action adjacent to a friendly character named Raphael modify his speed value by +3 Extremely Tough Hide: Zog can use Invulnerability and takes a maximum of 2 damage from attacks
Movement: Ignores Hindering Rats Everywhere... I Am Everywhere: Give Rat King a free action if he occupies hindering terrain. Place him in another square of hindering terrain within 6 squares Pawns In My Game: Rat King can use Stealth. Rat King can use Mind Control as if he had a range value of 6 and when he does, he can use targeting: Ignores Hindering, Elevated, Blocking, Characters Game For the World: Rat King can use Perplex and Probability Control
Movement: Ignores Hindering and Elevated Turtle Power: Donatello can use Stealth and Toughness Ride the Bo: When Donatello hits an opposing character, after actions resolve you may place that character within Donatello's range and line of fire. Super Turtles, Count It Off!: Once per turn, when an adjacent friendly character with the TMNT keyword hits an opposing character, after actions resolve, you may roll a d6. On a result of 4-6, remove an action token from that friendly character.

When Raphael attacks only characters with the Robot keyword, modify his damage value by +1. Break Open A Fire Hydrant: Raphael can use Incapacitate with a range value of 4. Whenhe does, after actions resolve hit characters are knocked back a number of squares equal to the number of action tokens on them.

We Gotta Save April: When April would be KO'd by and opposing character place her on that character's card instead and put a rescue token on April's card. Friendly characters with the TMNT Ally keyword modify their attack value by +1 when targeting a character that has April on it's card. If a character with April on it's card due to this effect is KO'd place April into a square it last occupied on click #1. At the end of the game the opponent scores 25 points for each Rescue Token on April's card. This Ability cannot be ignored. I've got Pizza Guys!: Once per turn, you may choose one of the following: Give April a free action to heal one adjacent character with the TMNT keyword 1 click. -or- Give April a power action to heal all adjacent character with the TMNT keyword 1 click each
