No Quebs, I don't believe Jerry is scum. Why on earth would Jerry claim a fake day kill? That makes ABSOLUTELY NO SENSE. He wouldn't. I believe he tried to use a day kill and some kind of doctor effect went off via the "trouble alert" alarm, and that's how Michigan left the game.
