I would run Dark Ruler Ha Des over The End of Anubis....simply because it's effect doesn't effect what you can play (Your own Mystic Tomato, Magican of Faith, Premature Burial, etc.) and, Dark Ruler Ha Des manages to crush D.D. Warrior Lady, who happens to be in almost every deck at regionals. ^_^ (I guess they never tried out Night Asailant)
Unless You aren't running Premature Burial or Call of the Haunted, stick with Dark Ruler Ha Des. (Or if you can find away to summon Dark Balter the Terrible, that would be even better)

Good M/T Removal: (That Squid Forgot)
Bait Doll - Can take out traps, that can only be activated during the damage step.
Giant Trunade - Can temporarily clean the field....but that may be all you need.
Royal Decree - Can put a "hurtin" on your oppenent's Gravity Binds.
Cold Wave - Can stun your oppenent's m/t for a turn. (And yourself)
Raigeki Break - Good For Dumping Fiends into the graveyard....as well as your oppenent's m/t and monsters.
You shouldn't have a problem if you are packing a Heavy Storm, Mystical Space Typhoon, and 2 Raigeki Break/2 Dust Tornado.
Instead of Newdorias, maybe I should run night assailants, there effect for destroying opponent monsters, and the "fuel" part for cards like Raigeki Break :)
Bait Doll is another card to consider, force activating certain cards seems awesome.
I could pick one up at the store for 50 cents
I used to run bait doll even pre-ban (never quite worked out why) it really frustrated your opponent when they had to force activate a ring of destruction (for example) when you had no face up monsters on the field. Definatly worth it post ban.
Whats your opinon on night assailant ?
It has a "fuel"type effect and provides flip monster destruction, the only problem might be light of intervention or other cards that negate flip effects

hah! thanks, Des-. I couldnt get to all of them. I would have messed up the effects of the ones I remembered if I tried to name them all.
I think I was only considering some of the chaining possibilites, rather than ALL the options. Still Raigeki Break is one I should have put at the top, for its versitility. Pyrofire14's post ban enthusiasm for Curse of Royal should also be noted for its effectiveness.
As for Night Assailant, there shouldnt be too many reasons to even set it, except for the first one you get. After that, you should be concentrating on those deadly effects with discards, and abuse the daylights out of NA's other effect.
If it were up to me, I think overall, I would sacrifice using Night Assailant for Newdoria. It has worked better for me as a field card. obviously it doesnt hold much value in the hand, as compared to NA, but then NA doesnt hold much value in the Graveyard dept, when if what you want to do is Special Summon/swarm.
And TF-, since this is you talking about it, and you have been concentrating on Archfiends, I would choose newdoria over NA. It sounds like you have good ideas, but maybe are second guessing yourself when viewing all the options. go with the gut feeling and test out the deck for a minimum of 25 matches (not duels), BEFORE you make any more changes to your Archfiend deck.
Most people will play a deck 2-3 times, and if it hasnt won the majority, they scrap it or change it. Archfiends need a lot of finesse. And that is something that just wont come from playing it a couple of times. You may lose a lot. YOU WILL LOSE A LOT. Accept it and move on to closely examining your deck, card by card. One awesome combo that only appears 3 times out of 20 is not worth it. Focus on the whole, not on what individual effects and one time combos will do for you.
i've found a deck that i really want to try, if only i had enough Great Maju Garzetts.
There's a great deal of level 4 monsters that have a very high base attack at a heavy cost. disregarding the too-tough to get out Rare Metal dragon, i can think of Zombyra, Dark Elf, and Jirai Gumo, all of which i have several of. Why not run a beatdown based off these high atk monsters and Garzett?

2 to 3 times?!?! I can't even get a decent SHUFFLE (not all spells and traps) until about my 5th or 6th time with the deck, the way my luck runs! 8^D
In hind sight, its almost a benefit since it ususally forces me to see how good my cards stand up on an individual basis, if needs be.

OH COME ON Squid, with all you've been workin' through here, YOU ALREADY ARE! Granted we have yet to beat each other to a pulp in a full Fiend vs Fiend battle, but I'm sure the great one (Waldo be his wonderful name 8^D) already has you high on the list of TRUE fiend duelists.
Okay, end of work day for me, I'm getting a little sarcastic. 8^D But you're a good egg Squid, keep up the fiendish work.
EDIT: Oh wait...you were referring to the other poster. DOH! So much for my reading. Okay its really late now, I gotta clear my head 8^D
Hey, I can't believe no one responded. I'm pretty sure that Invader of Darkness is a level 7 fiend. Oh, and as for Archfiends, yes, you will lose a lot of the time. Most definately. It's a given. With Archfiends, like other fiend decks, you will have to work them a lot, make a constant overall strategy, combo, that's never ending. Don't depend on one or two cards (I think this is one of the reason why fiends are so good in the ban list enviroment, they concentrate on using each other more than just a few powerful cards), you have to work your strategy around your ENTIRE deck. Ok, I'm done now.
Oh yeah, you will lose a lot with Archfiends. I'm living proof of that.
Ive duelled about 50 times, and im looking for more ways to get rid of Gravity bind type cards-_-"
Ive considered using a fiber jar, but im gonna test my deck out a bit more, and wait till friday/saturday so i can get more cards and duel
Argh
Ongoing combos eh?
Hmm.....That seems pretty hard..Ill have to think on that one :S
Nah, Invader of Darkness is a level 8. Too bad because i have one collecting dust.
Anyone else notice how it seems every other deck type has ultra-broken cards except fiends? Chaos and Spellcasters in particular seem to have cards that absolutely pwn. I would love to have a fiend-Chaos Sorcerer. Are there any non-fiends that work particularly well in fiend decks?

???????????????????????????????
LOL!!!!!
Cypherman, let's thank Ha Des you said that in here and not out there.
Fiends have THE most broken cards in the game.
So far we have:
1) The PHYSICALLY strongest ritual monster, The Masked Beast.
2) The best CONTROL card in the game, Yata Garasu.
3) The STRONGEST 1 tribute monster, Great Maju Garzett.
4) The ONLY monster whose effect is to continuously remove your opponent's monsters from play, The Lesser Fiend.
5) The best level 4 monster, Slate Warrior
6) The only 2 monsters who have continuous Graveyard effects, Helpoemer and Marie the Fallen.
7) One of the only 2 monsters whose effects activate in the hand, Kuriboh (the other is Gravekeeper's something)
The list goes on and on.
The only reason they are not considered "broken" is because everyone still plays Control, Chaos or Scientist.
But we're going to change that, aren't we?
MUAH HA HA HA HA!!!...*cough cough*....ahem...

Well, Anubis is quite a good card, it has an @W€S0M€ attack and a (at least) decent effect, but what I don't like of him, is that he also negates YOUR OWN stuff.......(Night Assailant.......wich I like 2 abuse..=D), also post-ban, Witch, Sangan and Monster Reborn are gone, so he has a decreased playability now, nonetheless, Tomato and Angels are still used.......BUT I won't main deck it......it nukes the @w€s0m€ synergy of Fiends....but-2 that's just my opinion.....n.....what Do i know=D.
EDIT: OMG, *Slaps Himself*Again and Again*......I forgot to mention the GREAT Art, now...let's see, side deck it for sure.....and also side deck Zorc(with of Without The RItual), you can, just by showing them to your opponent, strike fear into those mortals....Muahahahhahha
4) The ONLY monster whose effect is to continuously remove your opponent's monsters from play, The Lesser Fiend.
Likewise, Waldo, you are the fiend master but Dark Magician of Chaos also has that effect (monsters destroyed are removed from play) and he kinda kicks more butt with 2800 attk...And of course they get the support cards to special summon him whenever they want, free harpies feather dusters, etc...Darn magicians. Oh, Banisher of Light removes any card from play that hits the grave as long as hes face up so theres a few more.
BUT I still remain loyal to the fiend cause...Even though I loved the magicians I chose the dark side because everybody and their dog has a spellcaster deck. But those poor fiends were looked at with scorn so I sold my soul to Ha Des and made a fiend deck.
