ok, sorry to add to something already complex but since i plan to play this piece i need to add a scenario to the mix.
Assuming that ALL means ALL and the only way to damage him is through attacks, what happens if his battle fury is outwitted and then he is masterminded into picking up the Gold Kryptonite? It says the one holding it cannot use any powers except super strength, it is not ignoring or countering the power, just denying its use kinda like earthman to cosmic spidey's speed powers...
Like you said, its not countered or ignored, he just can't use it.

He's going to end up like Leech and be NOWHERE near as "game breaking" as thought before people get to play with him.
I have yet to see anything come out for the game that I would consider game breaking.
Can he ignore most damage? Yes.
Will he be a great mastermind junkie? Yes.
But there are somethings his power doesn't let him do. Pushing damage is one, which is understandable considering game design gave him indomitable. Unavoidable damage is the other.
Can his power ignore pushing damage? No, its not specifically mentioned.
Can he avoid pushing damage? Seeing as you need two outwits and an incap, I doubt it will come up often but it is one way to KO him.
Can his power ignore unavoidable damage? No, nothing can.
Can he avoid unavoidable damage? Yes, there are not to many things out there that give unavoidable damage. Mystics is one, and you can avoid it by not attacking the character with the team ability.
This is a very powerful ability, there is only %13.89 chance of hitting him with actual doubles. To leave no other way to KO him would be ridiculous.
Edit: changed percentage, forgot about double ones not KO'ing him.

I can't wait to see him KO'ed by his own crit miss

I already have a team planned with him and mastermind characters, the only actions he will receive is turning from Bruce into Mulk.

It seems like the way his trait is worded it is worded so that he avoids mystics imo. Seeing as mystics altho unavoidable is not a attack and regardless of the type of damage, if its not damage from a attack hulk cannot take damage from it.
correct?
Also if it is ruled that hulk does take damage from mystic then GSX rogue>hulk

Nothing in the game can ignore unavoidable damage. Yes, Rogue would be able to KO him.

IMPROVISE: Whenever Mademoiselle Marie KOs an opposing character, put an improvise token on her character card if she doesn't have one already. If an attack roll made by her misses, but is not a critical miss, you may remove an improvise token to automatically hit instead.
What about it? She can use her special power to hit Hulk, sure, but it's not going to do any damage if she didn't roll doubles. *hitting* him isn't exactly hard what with that mighty 0 defence value he's sporting...

From the ashes of Paragon City... it rises!
He has a 0 defense all attacks, minus a Crit miss, are automatically successful, but he ignores the damage unless its doubles.
If a power stated to treat all dice rolls as if they are doubles, then it would be able to damage him.

Just throwing out ideas. With some rulings on this board, it wouldn't surprise me if something dumb would work.
I already have a team planned with him and mastermind characters, the only actions he will receive is turning from Bruce into Mulk.
Yup. My favorite idea so far is a 400 point "Bizarro" team:
Darkseid 267
Bruce Banner 55
Gypsy 44
E Blackhawks 30
Enough room left for Gem, Kryptonite, or a Mjolnir. If it's a normal style game, it'll still do pretty well. Just use the Telephone booth on Bruce, and then keep him covered until Gypsy goes through it too. Or drop Gypsy for 37 point Invisible Girl. Dtop Blackhawk, and fill with figs/feats/objects to your own flavor.

You still have 15 points to spare which you can also take cypher off to adjust as needed. With Dirk you will have no problems from mystics.

Hulk thought if Hulk use simple words like "All" people could understand him. But too many puny Banners make it harder than need to be and ask questions. Why so many want to be puny Banner and not Hulk!? Hulk strongest there is!

I can't wait to see him KO'ed by his own crit miss
but it specifically says he's not damge by critical misses. or is that just ones against him. cuz that would make sense seeing he's not hit by a crit miss against him. maybe its for madness bfc.
