It's not hard to guess that this clix makes no sense.
Short movement. In movie he got out quite proficiently. Yes, his movement increases where he get's hurt, but he never got hurt when he was running away.
Penetrating damage because Assassin? Gordon survived by armor, so that's just a goofy reasoning to a power he doesn't deserve. 11 Attack is a huge stretch. 9 or 10 with the Police Team ability would have made perfect sense that was accurate with the movie, as the opponents defense was down with the police officers there and looking for where they thought the attack would come from. 12 attack on the last dial may be the most inaccurate thing about this dial. He never got hurt, all he did was shoot, miss his actual target (Although we could all say that he did hit him but it was Mastermind to Gordon), and then run away. How does that qualify for rear dial awesome attack.
18 defense on his last clix, would have made more sense with master mind and 16-17. His last dial is some kind of badass, not gonna lose, never gonna give up, mercenary ready kill now that everyone else is dead. Except, in the movie all he did was shoot and run away.
Finally, 3 range? He has a gun and he is given 3 range. I think everyone can agree on that being irrational.
Only my opinion, but off the top of my head I would say this Heroclix is the most poorly done.
The more I look at this dial, I see what they were going for and it could have been fantastic, but it seems that it got mucked up when they decided that the all dark blue abilities scheme was cute and that the end-dial AV/DV spike was... well, I'm completely baffled by the spike. I really want the designers to explain to me what they were thinking.
