This is what I'm talking about.

This type of reasoning can be applied to anyone depending on the writer and era the figure represents.

As someone who collects all pieces I can with the big red S on it, having read 100s of Superman comics, I can honestly say that in the name of game balance, any character could have an 8 attack (with 8 being the new 7).
