Does the title of this thread remind anyone else of Jay and Silent Bob Strike back, when #### Knocker jumps out and it says "Hey kids! It's Mark Hamill!"
So do we know how much it will take to buy it? so we can keep it going?
I'd say low millions, but I honestly have no idea. I just want to continue this train of thought and make it more visible as it's a good and viable question.
This could definitely be a positive turn of events for the game that's such a HUGE part of sooo many lives. Besides eating and sleeping, I'm willing to bet that the majority of people that play this game at all would say it's in the top 2, maybe 3, things they do.
It's not just a past-time for us. It's part of our lives. And it's so big that nothing can stop it.

I wish you all the best Jake. I think your vision was great and can truly be succesful.

"Enjoy life. There's plenty of time to be dead."
"He who dies with the most toys is, nonetheless, still dead."
I still haven't gotten an official version of my favorite character The way I understood it though, Heroclix itself was doing well. The company I'm clueless about though. I think this game could support itself.
I can't offer much, but if there's an official fund raiser at some point, point me at it.
You know, with such a sudden announcement, it is interesting to note that HeroClix is already primed. If it is possible to just change the name on the door and continue business as usual that would be perfect. Then all you need is money. Unfortunately, I don't start work for another 4 weeks so I'm pretty useless for financial contributions but like most of the posters here, I am willing to do everything my body, mind, and material resources allow to not only keep HeroClix alive, but launch it into the future
YES. WE CAN SAVE HEROCLIX.

The most arrogant think their view is the only normal one.
'The game used to be built around many fundamental rules. But there are a number of figures that fly in the face of those rules. Their powers are too all encompassing, and too cheap.' -MegaLotusMan
