Okay. You're asking the wrong questions here. It is not, "Is CurBludgeon's explanation satisfactory for me to do it his way"?
The question is: am I permitted to have PC carried out in this way?
The answer is: yes, as stated in the HCFL rules, with certain restrictions. These restrictions are based on whether I'm endangering the game from finishing on time.
Since we're on Turn 9 and have plenty of time left, that's not the problem.
Second question: Is my way an accepted way of doing it in the league?
Answer: yes. See precedents established in prior games throughout the league.
So here's my question to you: Under what right do you have to continue refusing to do so, especially considering a commissioner has already stepped in to say that my PC instructions exist for a valid reason?

If you want to send the roll through HCUtils, under the condition that you confirm that to be your official move at the time the roll is made, then fine, send me the roll, with the relevant perplex listed, and I'll tell you at that point whether I choose to PC or not.
Well considering, I've used HCutil strictly you should not have to worry about the honest factor. Plus you are turning one simple PC into something complex. I just dont understand that.

GA, just do your turn with the guide lines that Cur set. Sure, it's a bit meticulous, but that's part of this game and forum. We work with each other, and that's it. The second you guys start getting into each other, is the second you guys went too far before seeking a judges approval. Let's just drop it, and move on. It's only 6 more turns max. I'm sure once the turn is done to Cur's specifications (the far extreme of specifications, but still within a acceptable limit), the issue can be dropped. K?

I believe the turning point was turn 8,... if you would have moved Black Panther to B16 and Crystal to P15 you could still have OWed Batman, and Green Arrow wouldn't be able to shoot anyone.
