How many magic cards can you play during your turn, is it unlimited?
You can play as many as you want as long as....
A.) You can pay any costs it might have (Discarding, LP costs, tributing etc)
B.) You can fulfill whatever requirements it may have (Needing a certain type face-up on the field, needing a certain card in play, etc).
C.) There's nothing preventing you from doing so (Cold Wave, Anti-Magic Fragrance, Sasuke Samurai #2, etc).
D.) You have enough open Magic & Trap Zones available.

FLIP: Add 1 card that includes "Guardian" in its card name from your Deck to your hand. You cannot add "Celtic Guardian", "Winged Dragon, Guardian of the Fortress #1", "Winged Dragon, Guardian of the Fortress #2", "Guardian of the Labyrinth", or "The Reliable Guardian".
Rulings
You can add a card to your hand with "Guardian" in its name as long as it's not listed on "Arsenal Summoner", such as "Guardian of the Throne Room" or "Guardian Sphinx".
You must show your opponent the card you retrieved with "Arsenal Summoner".
If you don't have any "Guardian" monsters you can retrieve when you activate "Arsenal Summoner"'s effect, you must show your Deck to your opponent to prove it.

Okay, to some of you this is going to sound like a really n00by question, but I am still new to all this so I have to ask. I have checked rule books etc. but they don't explain it very well. It's all basically to do with summoning!
There are five different types of summoning, Normal, Tribute, Special. Ritual and Fusion, correct? But Tribute summoning is counted as 'Normal' and Fusion acts as 'Special', so does this mean that if you tribute summon and special summon, those monsters can be instantly killed by trap hole-like cards? It's seems really stupid to me, losing 1 or 2 monsters just to then lose another one. Could someone clear this up for me please?

If you Tribute Summon a monster, if it meets the requirements, it can be killed by Trap Hole, Bottomless Trap Hole, Torrential Tribute, etc.
If you Special Summon a monster (including Ritual and Fusion Summoning), if it meets the requirements, then Trap Hole CANNOT work on it (doesn't work on Special Summons), but Bottomless Trap Hole and Torrential Tribute, etc can.
if i have 2 or more copies of magical blast in my grave yard. can i put them all into my hand instead of my draw. or can i only get one.
This could've been found rather easily with a little searching...since this has been asked several times in other posts...
No, you CANNOT get back multiple copies. You can ONLY get back 1 copy since you are only allowed 1 "Normal" Draw during your turn which is the draw you ALWAYS take at the start of your turn during your Draw Phase (unless it happens to be skipped or something)

Nowhere in Armed Dragon LV7's text does it say anything about Armed Dragon LV10.

*sigh* Many of these questions can be found using the search function or just doing a little bit of reading...or just visit http://www.yugioh-card.com and read everything there.
1. Yes it will...because the activation requirement is declaring an attack...the ONLY way you can stop it WITHOUT actually negating Sakuretsu Armor itself is to flip it into face-down Defense Position, removing it from the field somehow (Magical Dimension, Beast Soul Swap, Interdimensional Matter Transporter, etc) or if it's unaffected by the effects of Traps like E. Hero Wildman and Tenkabito Shien.
Otherwise, Sakuretsu Armor resolves normally and your monster will be destroyed.

3. Machine Duplication or UFOroid...that's really it unless you count other things like Giant Rat, Shining Angel, Mystic Tomato, Inferno Reckless Summon, etc.
