"Perhaps," she pauses and reaches out magically. Together she and several allies strike out at Kal-L with one great force. The combined force of Wonder Woman, Thor, Magus, Green Lantern and Superman are well beyond Kal-L's ability to adapt to. He falls.

"Apparently," Loki notes, "Thou truly cannot take 'everything' we throw at thee."

Whoosh, Kal-L down? Well at least you had to gang up all your guys on him. Looks like we timed this pretty well. We may not end right on Halloween, but we're getting close.

"Well, I'll pass on eating," the Invisible Skrull Woman said, "but I am all for evening the score." She knocked Loki off the top of the trash compactor.

"Good job," Batman said. "And Wonder Woman is mine." The Dark Knight brought back his giant yellow bats to finish her off.

Timing does seem pretty good on this game. I'm glad to see my team working out ok, I have a big terrain advantage here. I thought I'd be crushed liked last years 'Freaks' Halloween game. We could start thinking about a replacement game---like the X-Men/JSA cutthroat style. Of course maybe we don't need a new game.

"I am the Tornado Tyrant! Death to any who stand in the tornado's path!". To prove his skill he whips up a deadly wind on the spot.

"Impressive? And you?".

"Brrrrrraaaaaaaaaiiiiiiiiiiiiiinnnnnnnnnnsssssssss!" the zombified Giant-Man says as he literally tries to eat Spider-Man's skull.

"Wonderful," says Magus sarcastically.

It's a pretty sad group when you have to use Magus for comedy.

"Oh ew!" Ms Marvel said retching, which threw off her shot at Osborn.

"Don't worry. I've got a strong stomach, and a better aim," Red Robin said, tagging Iron Patriot.

"Jerk," Ms. Marvel snarled.

I keep confusing Osborn with Lex Luthor. I just wrote in the story that Ms. Marvel missed her attack on Lex. Two villainous billionaire industrialists in armor. Understandable I guess. And we've had Luthor in the game far longer than any version of Norman except maybe the Green Goblin, and he's distinctive enough not to confuse.

As far as a new game goes. I'm okay with it if we can get something good. the X-Men/JSA Cutthroat game I am looking forward to, but I figured we'd use that after the JLA/Avengers one is done.

You also mentioned something using all our favorite figures. Which we could do something with, unless you wanted to make that a cutthroat game too. Interesting thought I had with that. We all have what we think are our favorites, but I think it would also be interesting to see what the other person sees as our favorites. I know you've commented on certain figures that I seem to keep using, that it had never occurred to me that I was using that often.

Fair enough. I'd have a sort of idea, since the X-JSA will be cut-throat let's create a game where we each draft most of the others figures. DOn't know what 'type' of game it should be but we each would draft the others favorites. We'd each get a veto for a number of figures (say 5).

Symbiote replaces Dugan. He gets camouflage. He appropriately attacks Spidey. Needs 7, gets 6.

Superman on Batman. He'll use vendetta on him. Needs 8, gets 9. 1 to him after invulnerable.

Can Magus attack Sue (you give me few targets here with all your stealth going on). Skrull is 2, SC is 5 though. She's safe but burns off her alias.

In an effort to expedite this game's end, enter LE Polaris with nova blast. Replacing Super-Blue she'll rs to H15 and go. Rolls 11. Couldn't have asked for better. She takes 2 of course but 4 to: Batman, Supergirl, Aquaman (who's koed), Sue, Gob Queen. The blocking terrain saves the rest.

Hank will charge to I15 grabbing the Lo from under Bats. Needs 7 to hit, rolls 9. These good rolls certainly help. That's 4 to Batman who's de-stealthed and on his last click

IP's been a lot better than I thought he'd be. Still, he's pretty weak at this point. He'll fly over to K20 with Thor in K19.
