How do you specifically unlock costumes? Aside from picking up Cap, Logan and Iron Man training missions so far, I'm not sure how it works. I've been playing with Cap, Thor and Iron Man just until I get their 616 costumes, but I generally am controlling Deadpool the whole time. Do I have to CONTROL those guys to earn their alternate costumes quicker?

Ok so I got three of Spidey's costumes, and the fourth, from what I can tell is gotten through the training missions you can find throughout the game. Does anybody know where Spidey's disc is located in the game? Or, is there another way to unlock the 4th costume?

Dont know bout you guys but im having probs with Caps training mission vs winter soldier. TRying to beat him n get the controls to go back 40secs is killer

I haven't beat Cap's training mission yet, either. I only beat Iron Man's because of a fun glitch where Ultimo couldn't reach where I was.

I've still got Cap, Thing, Mr. Fantastic to beat, and a Vs. Crimson Dynamo one.

I've also unlocked Dr. Strange, and the Beta Ray Bill skin. Thor has been fun. I've decided not to build "My Team" until I get Black Panther free.

I havent tried the training missions yet, im just looking for the disc in the game that unlock's spider-man's. I NEED ME AN IRON SPIDER!

I saw some screenshots from the PS2 version... they're total ####. The Wii and 360 graphics are so much better it's unbelievable. (the particular screenshot was the one with Galactus on the ads)

How re-playable is this game?

I'm considering grabbing the game for Xbox to play it, and then when I finally get my Wii, selling it and grabbing the Wii version.

I dunno, what do you guys suggest?

I think that the control system for the Wii is gonna be different enough (and awesome enough! ) that almost every game would be worth replaying on it.

Yeah, after asking, I did some looking and reading. I think I can wait the three more weeks. The control system sounds pretty frickin' awesome. For example, when you deliver an uppercut, you pull the controller up (I can see myself thrusting the controller in the air as if I was delivering one myself), if you want to trip someone, you swipe it in a tripping motion. If you want to lunge, you lunge with the controller.

Plus the graphics look sick compared to the other versions.

That's why, IMO, Nintendo's gonna be the standard for video games once more!

I'm also probably the only guy on the planet who's stoked about Wii sports. My parents are, too, as they used to be video game junkies back in the day, and they'll enjoy having a level playing field with me once again. As soon as I showed them a picture of the controller, they were sold.

Some of my favorite pasttimes were competing with my dad on Galaga in the arcade, and playing Duke Nukem 3D with him on the PC. But we eventually stopped doing that because he couldn't keep up with me, and got frustrated (and no, taking it easy on him didn't work either, he could tell when I was taking a fall). Now he can.

Dont have XBOX 360, cant afford next gen systems, im stuck with PS2...



...AND I LOVE IT! The game is good enough for me inferior graphics or not. Plus it only cost me 20 bucks.

My dad bought himself a Batman game for my 'Cube once so he could play it (he's a major Batman freak). He couldn't even finish the tutorial mission...

I finally rented and have so far had three orgasms. I'm in Atlantis fighting the Kraken with Deadpool, Cap, Ms. Marvel and Thor (Luke Cage fell down a hole and died).

I found the cheat to unlock all the characters in PS2, because I don't want to spend the whole game unlocking Black Panther, I want him NOW.

So I got him.

Although, I also just unlocked the Beta Ray Bill skin for Thor, so I'm gonna do a pseudo-cosmic theme as best I can - Bill, Surfer, Strange and Ms. Marvel (Kreeish!) At least for one level.

Then settle in for my main team - Panther, Cage, Storm and Deadpool.
