In my absence from Realms I had laid aside Fiends to concentrate on a series of decks that used level 1 and 2 monsters at the center. But, its fun to see how just reading the last six pages makes my blood.... boil.

To quote a now over played commercial... "BRILLIANT!". I love the Fiends and if you want a good Fiend deck,listen to the Wise Waldo. The man just put all my thoughts out there without fail but there is one thing he may have forgotten.

Lava Golem.

Now,I know what you're going to say "Are you nuts?" Well,yes. I am. In a fun way. If you have Gravity Bind it works like a charm. If you have Area Limit it works just as good. Gravity Bind and Lava Golem can be fun,especially when you have the Giant Germs,the ever entertaining Dark Necrofear and a seldom used Goblin King. All easy summons,the Necrofears just help boost the Goblin King who CAN attack still. It's not such a long shot,really. Da King is searchable,only one star and if you run a Fiend deck... my opinion is that you should have atleast one. At most two.

Other than that,you folks all hit the major points with style. Pat yourselves on the back!

Im working on it, slowly but surely. At the moment I have a lot of prep work to do before my workload makes another imminent vacation unavoidable. In the meantime, Ill gear up the Fiends to take on my new pet deck....OJAMA KING!!:p

Me, I'm still working on the Baou deck. I can WIN with it, but now my new goal is to get it to reach 10,000 ATK. I've only gotten him to 7,800. So close!

My Main deck has seen some major changes as well. I added 2 Back to Square One and after a night out drinking and reminising on good ole times, Dark Master - Zorc has made a triumphant return.

I was thinking of putting 3 Germs back into the mix, but since I reduced the Necrofear count down to 1, I could take them out and place some NoXs and Magic Drain.

Long story short, My deck is more field control than anything else and I'm just waiting for the week to begin to test it out.

Is anybody else over-hauling their decks lately?

I completly ovehauled my deck a few days ago to try and make it into a full on Night Assailant abuse deck, i'm still in the process of testing it out but so far the best card in the deck has to be back to square one. The frustration you put your opponent through by sending their sinister to the top of their deck to effectivley skip their next draw phase is just so Fiendishly evil i cant withstand it, so in three went :).

It's no Yata Garasu but it's SOMETHING to hold us down until our pretty little brdy comes back, right?

What were you killing, and didnt your opponent attempt to book of moon baou or anything to stop baous mad rampage?:)

I still take mine to tournaments, so what if it cant be used, it can be my mascot instead (i'm not THAT insane... honest). Back to Square One is just amazing, same for all the new discard effect cards all of which happily work with the next card to go on the limited list, you guessed it Night Assailant... moohahahahaha

Jinzo was on the field equipped with Wicked Breaking Flamberge - Baou and Guardian Baou was equipped with Metalizing Parasite - Lunatite and they had already used Heavy Storm so they were pretty screwed.

I had to stop cuz they were all out of monsters to put on the field and I HAD to him them directly with Baou.

The Evil Bird of Lockdown won't grace our presence for a WHILE, so Back to Square One is the closest we can get to it.

oooo, painful, the highest I ever got mine in my test version 9which didn' work very well) was about 3000, nothing compared to 7800. Ok i've posted the Night Assailant abuse deck for all your experts to frown over, its in the signature. oh yeh I almost forgot, Monster Reincarnation= gooooood.

Just a word of caution: 1 Nobleman can ruin all your Night Assailant abuse plans. If Night Assailant is key to your deck, your deck is going to be inconsistant. I've found it's just a good tool, one that can control your opponent's monsters while giving you some hand advantage, but it's not something to build a deck around.

I was playing last night, and I swear my Archfiend deck was angry with me. I had just built a Beast / Trample deck, and it was working good. Well, I switched over to my Archfiend deck and it betrayed me. Lost 2 in a row, badly. The third duel, I draw a Dark Necrofear on my oppening hand. After my Cyber Jar, my opponent's Cyber Jar, a Painful Choice, and a Mirrage of Nightmare/Emergency Provisions combo, I STILL didn't have 3 fiends in my Graveyard to special summon that Dark Necrofear.

Opponent nailed my Night Assailant right of the bat with Nobleman. Bottomless Trap Hole got one of my Terrorkings, and another nailed my Skull Archfiend. Every other monster I drew was those "few" that weren't Fiends. My deck had like 12 cards left, and I STILL only had 2 fiends in my Graveyard. I did the math, if I didn't kill him this turn I was looking at a 75% chance of drawing nothing but monsters until the end of the duel.

It was like my Fiends were telling me "Go play with your Beasts, you two-timer!" They gave me a break, and I managed to get D.N. out for the kill, but I was sweating for a while there.
