for indoor with no tk or flight i would suggest phasing. It'll get you through with little difficulty and into the fight quick. Maybe a Silver Samarai for a back up peice. You can check out my team thread on pojo.com (cant get to the site right now to post a link). My name on their is ReCruIt. Its a decent phasing team and has given me a 80% win ratio (just about). The only thing is that its 200 points.
I agree with Kryptic, phasing would be a big help. My thoughts:
1.) Use Serpent Society team members to pin down the enemy. I used a combo of 2 E Sidewinders to do this with great effect recently.
2.) Charge and Running Shot will be very advantageous for you on an indoor map, and there is a good number of grounded pieces with either.
3.) Ultimates team ability would be useful as well, since all those indoor maps have a lot of hindering terrain. This would give you mobility and a way around those pesky stealthed figures.
4.) Bring goons. Once you have the bad guys tied up with Serpent Society members, you can bum-rush them with your goons while you move up your heavy hitters. On an indoor map, they can form a nice second line to tie up an enemy breaking away from your first line.
5.) Incapacitate. Very good for keeping enemy pieces with one or two tokens...leaving them in place for later attacks or forcing your opponent to push them.
6.) If you have a U Nightcrawler, REV or U Flash, use him. HSS is totally nasty indoors.
As with all things, your mileage may vary...those are just my thoughts.
