I'm jack. If three people are willing to help me do this, i'll be most grateful. The way this would work is that we pick a map that's somewhere online, and agree on it, and we pick teams. Honor roll system applies, so if you decide to humor me, please be honest. the teams will be 1000 points a piece. THe Avengers can use one Ultimate in thier team, and 1 fantastic four person, but they don't have to. JLA can use one GL corps member and one Titan, but again, it's not mandatory. the MoE can use 2 SinSyn members. The IJL can use 2 superman enemies and 1 batman enemy.

Okay, tenatively, the IJL and Avengers are taken, though i'm willing to give up my avengers if you ask, since i like playing either team. two more and we can get this started!

Oh, just an update, i'm allowing the JLA to have 2 non-JLA, but they have a wider selection, able to use any DCU "goody guy" teams to pick thier special two.. same goes for IJL and avengers. IJL can pick it's two from any "bad guy" team in the DCU, and the avengers can pick from any "Good guy" team. The MOE can now pick 3, and they can be from any Marvel "bad guy" team except the minions of Doom.


ya'll think this is a good idea?

I'm the only one of the four players that can't actually make a 1000 point pure team. The IL, using all it's members at the most experienced level still barely tops 800 points, but I'm sure I can come up with something.

I already had a team that I had pretty well settled on that met the original 2 Superman Enemies/1 Batman Enemies formula, so I may just stick with that one anyway, if that's okay with y'all. Or maybe I'll fiddle around some more and see what I can come up with with the looser restrictions.

How many actions per turn should we use? By the regular formula we'd get 10, but that seems a little steep. Should we limit it to 5 or 6? I expect most of the teams will rely on a couple of big point figures and some support, so I don't think that would be too limiting.

I say 6. I forgot i had given the IJL 3 figs to make up for thier handicap, so i'll let the IJL still have three, but from any bad team.

Gah. I've got a dilemma. My original team with the Superman/Batman Enemy stipulation wasn't really the most effective team, but I kind of liked it. I've played around a bit and can certainly do better from a playability standpoint with the lesser restrictions. I'm just not sure I want to.

Oh well, perhaps I'll sleep on it. We're still looking for one more player anyway before we can get started, so I've got time.

I have my force made with the original restrictions....... but the change was for the JLA was any "good" teams, a Titan and a GL corp member work. So I'm cool with whatever changes you like.

I slapped some teams together for the other forces too and it seemed possible. I had that kind of time today, only one call to go on(I'm a paramedic). The JLA and Avenges were simple and staight forward. For the IJL I was looking at Bane(vet), Eddie Carlin(LE) and Bizzaro(U) for the fill-ins. No problem filling points when Bizzaro is around!! The MoE was trickier.....too many holes to fill with only 2 sindicate membes(for my liking at least). I like the idea of giving them 3 membes from other teams.

I think that i the interest of having all teams able to match-up that the Evil teams should get 3 fig not on their team and the Good teams have only 2..........and yes, keeping DOOM out of this is a good idea.

As for the actions per turn I'd like to go with about 7, if that's alright. I tried to keep leadership off my team so that I wouldn't be wasting actions each turn.

But hey that's just my thoughts......whatever is fine with me.

JLA and Avengers may each choose two members who belong to another good team within thier respective universes.


Mystics, Suicide Squad, and KC are all neutral team abilites, and thus, unable to be used.
