a question, if magneto is flying can he move some one in the ground to another plase as they were in the same elevation?
and if some one with telekinesis can hold an object or character and fly with it as he had superstrenght

If Magneto is soaring he isn't considered adjacent and can't TK grounded objects or characters. A hovering Magneto has no problem TKing objects or characters next to him.

Telekinesis does not allow a character to carry objects or another character when they move.
