Welcome to the Combat Formations: Rate & Review forum. This is the proper forum to post any team creation that you want evaluated by your fellow realmsers, or a good starting point to ask for help in making your killer team. Following are a couple of suggestions to help you get the most out of your posts here...

1.) Be creative and descriptive when naming your thread. This is true in every forum, but especially here. I see a lot of threads titled "help with team" or even worse just "help". These types of thread names aren't going to catch anyone's eye. Try something like "Ultron 300 team needs final touches", something that will catch the eye of a reviewer that has experience playing Ultron.

2.) Be clear on what format or theme you are building the team for. Don't just assume that everyone here knows you are building a "marvel only x-men enemies team" for a marvel open format.

3.) Don't list every figure you own, and then ask for someone else to build you a team. If you are a beginner and don't know where to start, pick some of your favorite characters that you own, list those, and ask for help building a team around them. This way, those that are willing to help will know where to start.

4.) Do list every figure, experience level, expansion, and point cost in your team list. This will help eliminate confusion (is that the vet. Storm from Xplosion or Ultimates?) and make it easier for others to make suggestions based on point costs (Jean Grey, IC, vet. costs 50 points...I'd suggest Atom CJ U instead...)

5.) Spend some time explaining your intended strategy and figure choices. Two different players could take the same figs and play them in totally differnt ways, spend some time explaining how you plan to play them. Also, explaining why you chose the CT Hawkeye over the ULT one ahead of time will eliminate 10 - 15 posts telling you "the ult hawkeye is better."

6.) Read and respond to your feedback. Dialogue between members is the basis for the quality of this site. If someone provides you with the key ingredient to your team, don't be afraid to thank them.

7.) Provide feedback for others. Don't let this forum be a one way street. If you see a team that needs attention, and you think you have the answers they are looking for, don't hesitate to post your thoughts.

The clan enjoys working/helping others with teams.

And ideas on how to make figs better with Feats.

Please do not think that i think this thread should not be here.That is not the case. I enjoy reading all sorts of posts on team bulding and this is a good thread.

Someone probably should have read the first post.

And to know what to build we would need a points total and which versions of those characters you have.

It is very doable with those figures by the way. Leave out QS and you have an potential Avengers West Coast theme.

So let me ask you a few questions about your request for help.

What are the point values from the figs listed and
are they all from the new avengers set?

Seeing that you are new i'm betting they are .The points of the figs would help us figure out wich clix you have.
For examble there are 2 qiuck silvers and 2 scarlet witches.
Without the points we dont know wich one to use to help you out

so ..other than that when did you start playing?

And welcome abord i hope you enjoy the game as much as i have in the last 5 years.

Started play about 2 weeks ago. 2 games under my belt. Avengers is FAV comic so I will be trying to build my main team around them. My local shop has older sets for $3(LOS). I have not bought any Avenger sets yet but will soon.

With this team as it stands you can still get the theme team bonus for them at well,but this is only in an unrestricted tourney or game since the Wonder man is from a retired set

here are the rules <copyed from another post> on Theme teams with a few thoughts trown is with.

Keyword Theme Team Rules

Keyword Theme Teams have all the characters on the force sharing a single common Keyword among the Keywords listed on their character cards

Or on the list from Wizkids for older sets without cards.

The force must consist of at least 3 or more characters with the same Keyword, and at least one character for each 100 points.

Which you have in Scarlet Witch,Quicksilver and Vision

Keyword Theme Teams give you several perks:

1) You may have one use of Probability Control per game per every 3 Keyword characters you play (you must give a token to the figure using PC when doing so, and he can’t be part of the action)

Your team gets one Probability Control roll per game in addition to what you get from any of the abilitys from the figs you are playing with.

2) You add +X (X = the number of Keyword people on your team) to your dice roll to choose map/go first

3) You may cancel/ignore one Battle Field Condition(BFC) during the game ,final ruling on this still need to be clarified

Some places say you get to cancel one BFC others sat your team ignores it.

Be sure to get clarification before you play either from a judge or from the other player before you start.

Now With the other 19 points you have left <in a 300 point game>
you have options:

1.You could add a fig or two like say,

R con artist 8
R paramedic 11
(both are from the x-plosion set)

to the team if you want to play with what you listed.
The paramedic brings suport to the team with the con artist bringing you perplex. Both are helpful.

Keep in mind this would not change the bonus you get for the theam team bonus as you allready meet the reqirements with the other figs.

2. You could add feat cards as well, like

protected 8 points
nanobots 10 points

3.You can of corse combine them as well anyway you want to.

Thus is the fun of creating teams.

Perhaps you can borrow the figs or buy them if you need to.Having a para medic and a con artist in your collection would be a good idea.

Do you play at a store? if so, wich one and where is it?

Live out side Louisville KY my shop at this time does not have anyone play clixs any more. Playing at home with 2 sons and a son in law.

So at the beginning of the game i can say my team has this feat and so and so has nanoarmor? And dont have to have a card for it?
