The Age of Apocalypse team was actually a big team, in terms of member numbers. There were 19 members, and from what I've read were divided into smaller units (maybe someone can confirm this, as I have not read the story).
Of those 19 members, 8 have been made into clix. So that said here is a AoA X-Men team:

Nightcrawler was part of the X-Men but didn't spend much time with them as he had to go solo. I may have forgoten a member or two but that's pretty much the roster.

I think Magneto and Rogue were co-leaders of Astonishing.

Well Magneto didn't go with any of the teams. He was protecting Bishop and Charles. When they went off in book 1 of Astonishing Rogue was in charge of the team against Holocaust (awesome fight).

And there was a guy named Vincente(sp?) in the team as well. Didn't really do anything though. He showed up later as a villian to the Gen X kids in the normal universe.

Nightcrawler joined up with Mystique in issue#2, Switchback joined in #3 and I think that Damask joined X-Calibre in issue #3 or #4.

**Edit: The Vincinte character you are referring to was also in the new Weapon-X series for a short period of time (until he died). I believe he is a mutant that has the power to liquify himself.

Scarlet Witch was in AoA however "Nemisis" (Later Holocaust) killed her in X-Men Chronicles number 1.

You're right I did forget Vincente.

The team I made was based off of what I found on a AoA RPG website, and classified the X-Men as one big team with two sub-teams.

Hmm, Mid-Knight, valid point. I just remember Mags from that first issue of Astonishing...and whoo whee, great stuff.
