he gets PW on a crit hit, he takes 2 and then KB against the edge of the map, after 2 clicks, he has invulnerability, does that absorb the KB or is it still "off" since he took KB during the PW?

His invulnerability will #### up the knockback damage. It's only the direct PW damage that will get through.
