I had a situation where V Hellcat was next to a building with Cyclops on top. With Leap/Climb she was able to make an attack, but can she use her Close Combat Expert with it?

Common sense would say yes.


However, the rules say no.


As it says, you may only make Close Combat Actions against the elevated fig, not Power Actions. She could, however, use her BCF if she is on her second click....
