I've been looking through the board and need to backup a ruling a local judge made: ie. Running shot can hit multiple targets.

It's been my understanding that running shot could only affect one target, but the latest PAC I have is from the Marvel Universe expansion set.

Well, the Universe rulebook IS the latest rulebook, so I'd go with that.

As long as you are making a ranged combat attack, you can target multiple figures.

The one exception is PW. Since that power does not target any figures, you obviously cannot target more than 1.

Uhh..The Universe rulebook has alot of wrong rules in it so I wouldn't go by it completely.

On the PAC file you can get from wizkids marvel site it says under RCE that you can only have a single target for RCE attacks. Not a single ranged combat attack but a single target. So it would seem you can't.

Geez...I'm sorry. It isn't Universe I have but Infinity Challenge. Excuse my first post where I said the Universe one was wrong. However, my second post and the point made in it I believe are still accurate.

Well, are we talking about Running Shot or Ranged Combat Expert?

With Running Shot, you may use your multiple targets; with RCE, you may not.
