If I am toting around psyloche with my U Mags, and I choose to target two different characters. I do four damage, and I decide to split the points 2 to one character and 2 to the other. How many enhance damage do I get to disperse as well? 1 or 2? There are multiple targets being hit.
If I used energy explosion the two points of target would both take two damage (1 for energy explosion and 1 for enchancement)
If I was using incapacitate the two targets would recieve a token AND 1 point of damage each.
So it is only logical that if I am attacking two targets, that I would then add one to EACH amount of damage that is being dealt to the targets?
Right? ( I am sure it is not.....but this kind of inconsistancy in the rules can be frustrating)

Enhancement adds 1 to the attacker's Damage Value. So, your 4 Damage Value is Increased to 5, and you then divide that 5 damage among the characters hit by the attack.

EE works differently than other multi-target ranged attacks. Instead of dividing your damage value among the characters hit by the attack, you deal damage equal to your Damage Value to each figure hit. Normally, that is 1 damage due to the power's description. As stated above, Enhancement adds to the Damage Value, the damage dealt to each figure hit by the attack is now 2.
If I was using incapacitate the two targets would recieve a token AND 1 point of damage each.
Incorrect. Incap does not deal damage equal to the attacker's damage value to each target. Like most multi-target ranged attacks, you divide your Damage Value among the targets hit. Normally, this is 0, but with 1 Enhancement, you then have 1 Damage to divide among the targets hit by the attack.

Enhancement increases your damage by 1. For energy explosion, you do the normal 1 plus the 1 you got from enhancement. If you are attacking multiple figures with a normal attack, it is treated as if it were attacking one figure. U Magneto has a damage value of 4 to start, and that would increase to 5 for his attack. You can then split the 5 damage among the 2 targets.
(This is what i've always played with. I may be wrong... but i don't think so.
If I have a KC batman and he targets two for incap, while carrying psylocke......you are telling me that only ONE target would take an additional damage click from the enhancement?
Why would it not be a click of damage to each that was hit with incap?
Because Incap reduces your damage to zero. Enhancement than raises it to 1. When you hit multiple targets, you deal your total damage to the targets you hit however you choose to assign it. Since you are only doing one damage, you only have one point to assign, so you can only do one point of damage to one target.
