Question:

If you perplex an opposing figures defense down for example

VET Abomination (on his first click) defense from 16 to 15 and do 2 clicks of damage to him. On the dial, the defense still reads 16. But does the perplex mean that the defense is 15? I think it does...any thoughts please?

Perplex's effect ends as soon as the target's dial changes.
