The rule of 3 only applies to numbers that adjust the printed value, correct? Such as RCE or Peplex, or example.

Now, if you have Super Strength and are carrying a heavy object, and get your strength Perplexed 3 times, correct me if I am wrong, but isn't your total damage now a 5 since the object is not affecting the printed value?

Is the the same with enhancement or Shield TA?

Superstrength and Critical hits affect the damage dealt, and thus fall outside the rule of three. So if you Perplex your Super Strength character by three, you can still add the object and critical hit damage as well, if applicable.

Shield and Enhance, along with CCE and RCE effect Damage Value, and thus are controlled by the rule of 3.

Also remember that the Rule of 3 means you can't be secretly and pathetically in love with more than 3 female clix at a time.
