Running shot and Pulse wave

Can you use running shot and pulse wave in the same action? For example, Using Blizards running shot, and then using pulse wave as the attack off the running shot?

Most definatly... That's why a lot of people were sad when Blizzard was retired.... he had the nasty ability to hit a lot of people fast for 1 click, non reduceable.
