Space Ghost #5 - Rated 7 - SG kicks some zorak butt and helps some humans etc etc. At the end he goes to fight the alien fleet. Still a rather entertaining tale.

Catwoman #41 - Rated 4 - I think I'm going to drop this book. It's really lost it's flare sinse Brubaker left. Selina goes a fter a hooker killer and finds out it has to do with dog fighting... eh...

Wonder Woman #214 - Rated 8 - You're reading this title right? WW and Flash face off against Zoom and Cheetah and get thier rears handed to them. Luckily, they beat them enough to make them flee! Good stuff! Especially, the stuff with the Gods and how WW will get involved. Read this stuff.

JLA #112 - Rated 8 - The JLA split into 3 teams and go to 1. take out the war ship in space 2. fight the CSA 3. Go to their dimension to try to find "info". Of course everything goes wrong... Good stuff!

Birds of Prey #80 - Rated 9 - The BoP deal with the corrupt cops and Thorne gets away. Huntress comes to find out that Babs has bee manipulating her and BC all along! GOOD STUFF! Simone is a writing goddess.

Teen Titans #22 - Rated 8 - The TTs fight and lose to Dr. Light. Sems he is going to kill them as an example to the JLA. Luckily the NEW Hawk (and Dove) show up and keep him busy while the OLD Titans show up to help! And oh yea: AVENGERS ASSEMBLE!

JLA #112: IMHO, this was one AWESOME issue. You have the JLA, the JLE, some JSA, some New Gods vs. The CSA & The Qwardians. Batman leads a team to the Anti-Matter Universe, Aquaman leads a team to distract the CSA, while Martian Manhunter leads the heavy hitters towards the Qwardian Death Machine. Coolest moment in the comic, when Captain Marvel is inverted. Another cool part of the issue, when Canary blows Ollie off, after he asks her to team up. 9 out of 10


Teen Titans #22: Ok, I admit , I never knew Dr. Light before IDC. After this, he seems to have the potential to be a DC biggie, in terms of villains. Any way, Light tears the Titans apart, but not before several former Titans come to their aid, at the end of the issue. Didn’t know there was a new Hawk, and that it was Doves sister…I like her attitude. Freaking awesome! Quite possibly the best Johns issue, that I’ve ever read. 10 out of 10


Adventures of Superman #638: You know, I start gaining faith in Rucka, and he does the Mxy thing again-right in the middle of an arc, What this does, is bring to a screeching halt, any momentum he was building, after a rather lackluster run on AoS. The story was ok. 5 out of 10

Ew, Captain Marvel really showed what he was made of, huh? Guts, like everyone else....I like that PG was selected to join the Heavy Hitters, and that she didn't seem to need GL's protection or a breather. She's getting back to Pre-Crisis power levels, it seems. Unfortunatly, there were no goods shots of her cleavage.

DC is doing some great stuff. Can someone explain to me why Batman is holding a sword in Teen Titans #22? Is that Ra's al Ghul's sword from the Hush storyline?

It is Deathstroke's sword. Deathstroke has been dressing up as Bats in the Outsider storyline.

JLA #112: I'll be using the:CM was turned inside out & lived along with the "I don't beleive anyone else would have survived this." as a pro-Capt. Marvel arguement on the vs. boards from now on.

Manhunter #8 was pretty good, although the cover was decieving. It arrows from that villian archer from Identity Crisis, but the only thing he shot was Monocole's TV. Manhunter had a showdown with Chesuire. She's poisoned by Chesuire's nails, then stops by her tech guy for some anti-venom. After some Kobra jokes, and sexual tension, she heads to court the next day, where she calls Ronnie's family and friends to the stand. Later Phobia drops in on the archer and Monocole.

As many people have said before, this is a sleeper hit. Here's hoping it lasts.

I'm curious as to how in the heck Wonder Woman managed to lasso Zoom. Just really curious, same with how she tagged him! For a guy who moves so fast the Flash didn't have a prayer of ever touching him, he got served.

Zoom is still a man.. he slowed down to take a gander at Wonder Woman's bod.

OK so if that is Deathstroke posing as Batman . Why are they in the batcave and does that mean Batgirl is Ravager.

I have a feeling based on Outsiders and Teen Titans that Batman and Deathstroke are going to have an all out war with each other soon....

The upcoming previews for Batgirl have Slade forcing her to fight Ravager as well, so I Bats/Deathstroke faceoff is very feasible.
