I was wondering if you use this card on like Veteran Havok would he still have ESD and Toughness at the sametime or just the toughness?

He would have both. The Feat does not replace any ability. It just grants Toughness. If you have TK, you also have Toughness. If you have ES/D, you also have Toughness. And so on...

Read the rules. They do a body good!
