I used to play Marvel HeroClix a long time ago with a buddy. Then I stopped playing, but my friend loved 'em so I gave my clix to him. Then maybe a year later, another friend got into the game, I played a little with him, but the game died between us. Now, my first friend I started playing with wants to start playing again. We have been, but only with Marvel. I got 5 boosters of DC Cosmic Justice for 25 bucks today and I have a few questions. Right now we are only playing Quick Start rules with no powers or abilities, nor team powers or abilities (it's been a few years).

1. Is the game dead?

2. Can Marvel/Indy/DC face the opposite groups (ie. Marvel vs. DC, Indy vs. Marvel etc.)?

3. Who are some of the best in Cosmic Justice?

4. If I post my clix I got, would you guys be willing to tell me who's good and who's not?

2) Hero Clix is one game line that is compatible among all universes

3) Matter of opinion. Each figure has its own function. Green Lantern, Green Arrow, Starfire, Saturn Girl, Vampire Batman, Martian Manhunter, Wonder Woman, Black Canary, Fury & Deathstroke are all favorites of mine.

4) Its the motion in the ocean not the, er - I find each figure serves a purpose. Whether its filling out a roster, providing a power, or just straight up attacking. Plenty of debate on who is good and who isn't. My suggestion, try out your figures and see who works for you...

I did try 'em against my friend's Marvel's, but seeing as we are only playing Quick Start with no Abilities and Team Powers, I got pwned. The only guy on my team that did remotely good was my Brother Blood (U).

Cosmic Justice has some pretty cool Uniques. Despero and Amazo come immediately to mind. V Green Arrow is one of my favorite pieces in the game. To date, this expansion has not yet been retired. I hope that the announcement on July 7th does not include shelving CJ from tournament play.
