Which is the best Spiderman fig(point for point)? I am thinking Universe starter E for 40 pt.?Exp. Mutant Mayhem Spidey is pretty expensive for the points(97). What about daredevil?

I prefer the V Spider-Man from Ultimates and the V Daredevil from Critical Mass, myself.

The CM Daredevil seems to be the better...it was between CM and XP versions but with the wildcard TA on the CM version he seems to be best.
As for Spidey i am missing a few clix like Ultimates E and V...but i do have Black Spidey(universe), Starter E Spidey(universe), REV Spidey (IC), R (ult.),R (CM) and RE (MM) Any suggestions?

I was totally amped when I got my black spidey, until I used him.....he kills your build total, has no SS at ALL, so pouncing is out of the question. And that 18 with Defend? Seen it, and it's cheaper on V CM Spidey, my favorite. Put pounce on that bad boy, have him run home, and hide behind someone with ESD, bringing their defense up to 20 while someone else heals him up for another run. The E is almost as good, with a 17 instead of an 18 when he gets his first Defend click. I don't really like the Ultimate Spiderman, I think he's too expensive for someone that you should be allowed to have some careless fun with.

My favorite Spidey figures are the Critical Mass Vet and the Ultimates Vet. Either one with Pounce strapped on can be deadly. The CM Vet is the better of the two IMHO.

As for Daredevil, I'm still waiting for a figure worthy of the name.

Okay,Okay so i neeeed to acquire the Cm and Ultimates Vets Spidey. What about 2099 spidey? Daredevil figs do kinda blow (for their points) as does black spidey! What about Matt Murdock LE, and Peter Parker LE...any good?6 armed spidey? I am really lacking in the Feats area. What is the description for Pounce?...how many points?

Pounce is a nice 15 point feat that allows spidey to move up to his full movement (and if he has SS, pick up a heavy object on the way), and at the end of his movement, make a close combat attack, increasing his attack value and damage value by 1. You have to take a push click for using it, but it's great on spidey because he can usually dish out 5 damage on someone with a VERY high attack value. With some decent TK, he can really do a number on support pieces.

If you use it, remember that you can't use his leap/climb while pouncing.

Best Daredevil=CM

The FF Spidey is great, from what I hear, ut if you're poor like I am, totally go for the V Critical Mass one. He's just as useful as the FF Spidey, and cheaper both in point cost and actual cash cost. If you're low on points, go for the E or V Ultimates Spidey, though I more often than not use the Starter Kit Spider-Man for Pounce. With the feat, it's a great 55 points that can really do some damage.

The answer for both is Critical Mass Veteran.

Vet Critical Mass Spidey is my overall favorite. He's useful on every click of his dial, and a wildcard too.

I also really like the starter set Spiderman. He's extremely efficient for his points--a true Pouncing machine.

Vet Ultimates Spiderman is also fun. The initial Willpower upfront keeps him mobile and unpushed until you're ready to Pounce him. Then he Pounces straight into Supersenses. I love that combo.

Yeah, the measure of a quality Spiderman is how good he is with Pounce.
