If you are playing a Spiderman plus Fantastic Four Team and Reed Richards is played with both the Brilliant Tactician Card and the Trickshot Card can he perplex up the combat values of any of his allies within 10 squares regardless if line of fire runs through obstacles such as his teammates, his opponents, or hindering terrain?
I know that TS + BT is an expensive combo and unlikely to be used very often but is it possible to use both cards like this?

Is there a ruling on this?
The Marvel Trick Shot has been FAQ'd to match the DC Trick Shot. It now may only be used to attack; you may not longer use things like Barrier and Outwit with Trick Shot.
From the Marvel FAQ: Trick Shot
Replace the text on the card with: “When making an attack from a square that is not adjacent to an opposing character, this character ignores Stealth and team abilities that duplicate the effects of Stealth, and it ignores characters and hindering terrain for line of fire purposes.”
Trick shot and brilliant tactician cannot be used together to improve line of fire through obstacles because trick shot requires a ranged combat attack and perplex requires a free action.
If this is not right what is the logical reason the cards cannot be used together?
You are correct. You need to attack to use Trick Shot. Perplex is not an attack. Doesn't matter that it is a free action; you can't use things like Barrier that are Power Actions, either.
