if i fig is in hindering terrain and wants to move further into hindering terrain, what are the rules? do they have to stop at the next square of hindering? the rulesbook talks about moving from clear to hindering...they have to stop. moving out of hindering is half speed. but what about moving from a hindering square to another hindering...movement within hindering?
please help.
btw i think it sucks that hair10 can't answer questions here anymore but i am glad that so many of you are knowledgable and offer quick responses...power to the people!
A figure in hindering terrain is half movement. It only needs to end movement if it enters ht from clear.
I've seen a player lay down a smoke cloud so that Nightcrawler on a bush could HSS (at half movement, but still) across the Smoke Cloud, onto a bush, attack, and spent the last 2 MPs moving onto clear terrain. If not for the Smoke Cloud his HSS move would have ended when he went into the second bush.
