Unfortunately you can't combine Haymaker and Pounce together, reason being that:
Pounce requires a Power Action which then grants you movement (up to the character's full speed value) and a free close combat ATTACK, whilst Haymaker requires a close combat ACTION.
As for Haymaker and Charge, that is a YES. Charge is a Power Action that grants a free close combat ACTION, the same that haymaker is activated by.

Can you use haymaker and pounce togther? Also can you use Haymaker and charge togther?
Also are you allowed to put as many feat cards on a character you want like Spiderman with pounce, rip it up,unstoppable, and haymaker?
I think Goken missed the last part of your question, so I'll grab it
You can put as many different feat cards on a character as you like. Remember, however, that they DO cost toward your point total, and if that character is KOed, all of the feats that were put on them will be awarded to your opponent.
Also, Rip it up does not require you to choose a character to assign it to. It is simply applied to your whole team

But yes X-Man3000, Thawmus is right about the feat thing, except that "technically" if that character doesn't meet the pre-requisites to that card anymore, then the feat is lost.. but I don't think anyone actually plays that way... too hard to keep track of. (also keep in mind that there are some single use feats such as Nova Blast or Fastball Special).

If the figure does not meet the prereqs for a Feat any longer, the Feat is not lost. The Feat is still available if the figure is healed back up to a qualifying click (or if the figure has another qualifying click further down; in fact, they don't have to *start* with those powers showing at all).
It's not that people don't play that way because it's too complicated. The figure doesn't lose the Feat unless they are KOed (or the Feat says otherwise, as you mentioned).
