You cant use the move and attack option if an opposing figure is next to you. If you need to break away, you can't use it in the first place

You cannot use the Move and Attack when adjacent to an opposing figure. Even if you break away.

Just to clarify, if you start adjacent to another fig, you cannot use the move-attack ability. However, if you become adjacent to an opposing figure after you begin your movement, you may continue, just like HSS(1).
