I've got a 400 point tourney comming up and in it there is a scenario where defense powers cannot be used. So my question to you guys is who are the best with out defensive powers?

KC Flash comes to mind. Support type figures (Paramedics, Con Artist, and such.)

Who else can you think of?

Jinx seems to do fine even without defense powers. Flash, like you mentioned, is another good choice. Recommendation to avoid Thor and Black Adam, since their defense scores stink and you're paying a lot for defensive abilities that you aren't using. Also you wouldn't be able to use Barrier to protect them. Even Flash is paying for some Super Senses he can't use. The Atom is another good choice- basically anyone who doesn't have any defense powers anyway is good.

As LeaLu said, the Atom would be great. He'd definately make my team choice. You may actually want to consider using a swarm of hss speedsters like Northstar since that 2 damage is always going to go through.

Since you don't have defensive powers, stealth would be very powerful as it'd be one of the few ways to avoid getting hits on you. Someone like v. Shi could be very brutal as her damage would be going through and her high attack gives you a shot at cracking those high 20 defenses.

The FF Alternate TA may be another option for you, as would be JSA/Defenders to a lesser extent, as you wouldn't be using a defensive power, just replacing your defense values.

Yes, but he still has a 20 Defense, and since no one in this scenario will have any Defensive Powers anyway, might as well go for the higher value. He still has RS and RCE etc.

I don't have Atom though. I could really use that 20D in a team.

I think that stealth figs would go pretty far, since that would be about the only defense you can get.

Vet Legacy Batman would be nice...

Anyone with high DV's and deep dail would be a good choice...
