Can you use Unstoppable on a HSS character, say Black Adam, and if so can he go through multiple walls, not just one ?

Only if you are willing to use your normal free Close/Ranged Combat Attack granted by HSS option 1. Unstoppable only grants one free attack against blocking terrain during your movement. So, if you *are* willing to use your free HSS option 1 attack, you could break through 2 walls at most. But then you wouldn't be able to attack anyone.
