Thank you...I'm clear on everything except question 1. Another judge has told me you are allowed to TK someone that's holding an object. Any evidence supporting the answer would be most appreciated.

There is nothing in the Telekinesis description to indicate you *can't* use it on someone holding an object (unlike the flight rules, which do make that specific instruction).

General rule of thumb: If the rules do not say that a particular action is prohibitited, there is nothing stopping you from performing that action.
