When you add feats to a character, does the point value of that character increase, or is it just the victory points increase?

Specifically, if you mind control an 88 point character (vet cm spider-man) with pounce (15+88=103) will the mind controller take 1 click of damage?

Also, if a 53 point charcter with mastermind (vet silver sable) with haymaker (53+10=63) can I mastermind onto a now lower 59 point character (vet cm daredevil)?

I just read that ICWO does not add to the point value of the character, so if SSable+Haymaker can MMind onto DDevil I'm guessing SSable+ICWO cannot. Let me know if that is correct.

If the Feat is a "Choose a character" feat, the point value of that character increases when you add a feat to it. That being so, you are correct on all your examples, even the ICWO. You have to KO all the agents to get the individual points for ICWO, which means you have to KO at least two agents.
