I'm sure this has been asked a lot, but it's bothered me for months now. Some people say no, because you can't draw line of fire to a stealthed character in the first place, and others say yes, because pulse wave ignores all powers. So which is it?

pulse wave says it ignores all powers and team abilityies in its range so yes it does also if someone's fig has P.C. and the are within range of your plusewave they can't use their P.C. to make you reroll.
