Internal Strife is nice, another Ordinary Day is lame-though understandable since the newcomers deserve a chance, but really-Divebomb? As if Black Adam couldn't have gotten better . . .
Eh . . .
I have no sekrets, I just am.

Divebomb seems mostly geared towards charging/HSS, flyers with no range. If I have KC Superman on his HSS clicks I'm going to be more inclined to come out of soaring, nail someone from 10 squares away for 4 and then retreat back into soaring as opposed to moving next to them to use SS. But it will definitely have its uses.
Divebomb...Do you have to be in an adjacent square? Is it Hypersonic Lite for flyers? Can you move, attack, return to soaring?
"Adjacent" has no meaning in this context... Soaring figs are never adjacent to anybody except maybe other soaring figs or giants. What's happening here is tough to describe technically, since they avoided the word "adjacent" because if they were adjacent then the opponent would be able to strike back in close combat as well.
Here it looks like the intent is to open up a one-way threat of attacks from a soraing fig against figs in squares surrounding it. There's no mention of moving and attacking, I have to assume the standard rules apply for attacking. This isn't a hypersonic lite. More like a special kind of "adjacency", like giant figs have.

Divebomb looks great!!! I assume you have to be in an adjacent square, I see this being FAQ's (for instance what if you are soaring in the space next to a building and your opponents character is on the roof next to you can you attack him or not?
I'd play Divebomb on my LE Divebomber but a 6 attack isn't gonna hit much. Some characters will really gain from this however.
As best I can tell DiveBomb is there to give fliers an attack option they ddn't have. I'm sure it was crystal clear to the game designers, but it's going to require an FAQ to let us know if the target has to be in an adjacent square (which is my interpretation) or if there's any other movement in play. It appears that one wouldn't move the piece, but would just presume he dives out od Soaring to make a quick, less focused attack on someone in an adjacent map square, and then returns to Soaring. So, what we'd be looking for are flyers who have good AV clicks without HSS or Charge. All that considered, I have to wonder how often it'll be used aside from when an opponent's Leap/Climb piece has just moved into position and is waiting to attack the next turn.
