Anytime you are successfully hit you may roll super senses. If you roll a 5 or 6 you avoid the attack no damage inflcited.

Armor piercing only ignores damage reducing powers. If you made your super senses roll you would take no damage at all.

When you succeed on a Super Senses roll, you treat the attack as if it failed to hit at all. There is no damage dealt. Armor Piercing doesn't come into play.

When you succeed on an Impervious roll, the attack still hits, but the damage from it is reduced to 0. Armor Piercing does come into play, and prevents the damage from being reduced below 1.
