I asked this before and no one answered... I'm a bit confused as to why.

Is the change in the PD team ability made in theICONS PAC intentional? Are they really making it a copy of Hydra, Titans and X-Men?

Well, you might have confused people with your question--Hydra isn't the same TA as Titans/X-Men.



The PAC is an error. The PD ability has not changed.

Doh - sorry... not enough caffeine....

What confused me was the extended wording for PD - the Titans TA reads like a short-hand version of PD... it made me think they were serious about changing it. Is there a FAQ for Icons confusions yet? My head is spinning... perhaps too much caffeine...
