Puck barged in to the rec-room, face bright red with fury, “WWWAADDEE!!!!”

Wade miscued his pool shot and ripped the felt, dropping the cue and cringing. “What did I do now? If it was the midget stripper I paid to hide under your bed I can explain everything…I think.”

“Never mind about Mandy, she’s a lovely girl. You took the last beer didn’t you!” raged Puck.

“Oh yeah,” laughed Wade, “I thought I’d done something serious for a minute there.”

The room went silent and everyone glared at Wade. “What?” he said as the glaring continued. “Hey quit it already, you guys are creeping me out.”

Just then Walter walked in.

“Oh man, am I ever glad to see you captain Canada,” said Wade with a whistle, “tell you tell your weirdo friends to say something, I’m calling Rod Sterling if they don’t stop.”

Walter laughed, “Yeah guys what’s up, someone die?”

“Worse,” was all Kyle said.

Suddenly realization dawned on Walter and his face darkened, “YOU TOOK THE LAST BEER?!?”

<Half an hour later>

…”you never ever take a Canadian’s last beer without replacing it, I…I’m speechless. This goes way beyond me; I may have to get the government liaison involved!”

Walters rant faded in to history as Wade sprinted from the rec-room. After thirty minutes of taking turns chewing him out they had finally tired enough for him to make it out of the door. Crazy canucks, invade Canada and they’d give you free health care, but take a lousy beer and they were ready to hang you. Wade decided he’d maybe hide in the air vents for a day or two till things cooled down, then he remembered the keg he’d tapped from the rear and disguised with a box. Maybe a month in the vents would be a good idea.

Just then Wade’s beeper went off. “Hello Deadpool speaking, international man of mystery and best dressed merc outside of Milan. Oh hey bud, long time no killing, what’s the news?”

<45 minutes later>

“I’m really not sure about this Wade,” grumbled Walter, “Canadians aren’t really in to drugs, that’s more of an American thing.”

“What do you mean?” asked Deadpool, “Canada is the drug capital of the world; it’s all that free Medicare.”

Walter sighed, “you know what I mean Wade. Canada is a land of simpler tastes; we’re just not interested in things like smack, and crack…and err reefer.”

“Well I have a bud from my merc days who swears we’ll…did you really just say ‘reefer’? Oh my God. Anyway my bud said we’d find lots of bad guys here.”

“What do they call your ‘bud’? asked Walter.

“They call me Bullseye,” said a voice from the darkness, before the room was filled with light. Bullseye stood alongside seven other masks for hire, cutthroats and killers all. “Hey Wade, how are they hanging? Well here are the bad guys, now all you and your little super team has to do is arrest us.” He smiled evilly.

Puck sighed heavily and looked at Deadpool, “first you take the last beer and now this? You suck eh.”

free) Deadpool will perplex up Northstars attack to 10. Better safe than sorry, right?

free) Northstar(10) will use HSS#1 and will fly to S-14 to attack Taskmaster(16), roll...............6,2 for 8. Turns out I was too carefull....:shrug:....at least it hit. Taskmaster will take 2, Deadpool will use the assist rule to get one of those IAP's for himself. Northstar will return to M-14.
