The web-slinger sat on the corner of the roof of one of New York's countless building, looking out into the night, watching the neon signs flicker on and off, listening to the honking car horns and shouts of the passers-by below him. He was lost in thought, mulling over the events of the last few days.
"Spider-Man," a voice spoke, directly behind him.
"Gnyahh!" he shuoted and leapt into the air. He turned mid-leap and found himself facing a young masked man in a dark uniform. "Who are...? How...?" Spider-Man stammered. "How did you get right up behind me without my spider-sense warning me of danger?"
"My name's Nightwing. And if your spider-sense didn't warn you, it's probably because I meant you no harm."
"Nightwing?" Spider-Man asked. "You work with Batman, right? No wonder you were able to sneak up on me like that. What brings you to the Big Apple?"
"Someone sent me. Another of Batman's friends. She's heard about what you've been going through and it coincides with a lot of what's been going on with Batman over in Gotham. She thought it best I investigate the connection."
"And this friend's name?" Spider-Man prompted.
"Ever heard the name Oracle?"
"No," Spider-Man confessed.
"That's precisely the way she works. But she's got just about the greatest information network in the world. Anyway, I'm here to help." He reached into a pocket and pulled out a small silver object. "You may want to put this on."
"Gosh, Nightwing, I don't know," Spider-Man said picking up the object to examine it. "We just met. Isn't it a little soon to be pinning me?"
"Trust me."
"Well okay, but you'll have to turn around. I'm kind of shy."
Nightwing turned his back and Spider-Man took off his mask long enough to put the little device at his ear. As he was replacing his mask, a new voice spoke into his ear. A woman's voice.
Arkham Asylum. Lt. Spears is 8 months pregnant and precitably miserable. She doesn't welcome new 'interruptions' well. So of course....
"Britney!" yells another officer, "...Visitor!".
She hates her name. "What now?".
"You'll love this one, come on down here."
"What I'd love, Petroli, is a sausage sub with pickles and ice cream. Then someone to take this bowling ball outta my gut."
"That," a voice says, "Is hardly motherly."
Dr. Fate walks towards her in full costume. "I am here following magic."
"Magic, huh? That's what I told my husband when I forgot the birth control."
"Officer, this is hardly a joking matter."
"You haven't looked in the mirror then, doc. Only thing funnier is Petroli pointing at my fat pregnant belly and singing "Oops She Did it Again". Trust me, you don't know what funny can be...".
"I need to speak with your newest inmate, Sgt. Spears. I'd like to do it now."
"Of course you would, doc. Sheesh, these superguys and there lack of humor."
Dr. Fate and the Sgt. walk through the hall with some of the greatest villians caged there. At the end is a man hovered in a corner, injured internally, with no outward signs of damage.
"What happened to him?".
"Got me, no proof of any damage yet but it's obvious he puts on a good show."
"It's no show...".
"Psycho-Pirate...."Fate says.
The villian turns around. "You are injured through magical means. Tell me about this...".
He laughs, "I knew they would find us. I told him."
"They? Who are they?".
"You don't want to help me," Psycho-Pirate says, "You want me to tell you about Galactus. "
"Let me tell you this, Pirate, I WILL help you and you WILL tell me about how this came to be."
Dr. Fate turns a spell and Psycho-Pirate is healed almost instantly.
"Amazing..."both the Pirate and Sgt. say.
"I sensed the spell, Pirate, it brought me here to you. It is one of immense power."
Psycho-Pirate laughs again, "It is, but that ain't the one that hurt me. OK Doc, I knew one of you superguys would be on to us. I've got a story for you...if you're ready for it."
"Geez, who let the Goon Squad out to play?" Spider-Man asked. "I recognize Whirlwind, but I've got no idea who the rest of these guys are."
"Vanisher is a teleporter, not much of a combatant though," Oracle's voice spoke in his ear. "Vertigo has the ability to induce, well, vertigo, and the big one's called the Executioner. Reputedly Asgardian. Superhuman strength and endurance. Wields an axe."
"Uh, thanks," Spider-Man said. "Do you ever get used to that?"
"Trust me," Nightwing said, moving to the top of one of the big generators, "when you're in the middle of a fight and Oracle's there feeding you information about all your opponent's vulnerabilities, you're glad to have her."
There are two parts to the Feat. Part 1: when an agent is given an action, you may choose to give it +1 to one of it's combat values. Part 2: Give an agent an action to click Oracle. That agent may use any power showing on Oracle's dial. Part 1 can be used by all of the agents, provided they're given an action. Part 2, the extra power can only be used a) if the Oracle figure is itself in play on the card and b) by the character given the action to click her.
Speaking of which, Spider-Man will take an action to click Oracle to Outwit. Having taken an action, he can also add 1 to one of his combat values, which he will do to his DV.

This seems almost too easy, but I've check the figures' positions, ranges and lines of fire, and they all seem to be there, so here goes. Doubtless you'll tell me if I'm missing something.
Nightwing Outwits Executioner's Invulnerable.
Spider-Man Perplexes Nightwing's AV to 11
Nightwing uses ICWO to up his AV to 12 and he'll attack Executioner to Incapacitate (and Stun). AV12 on DV17, needs 5. Rolls 9. 3 to Executioner, plus he gets a token.
