Can i force my oppenent to re-roll his Impervious or Super senses, any and all help is appreciated thanks.
Most of the time, no.
PC only let's you reroll *your* rolls on *your* turn, and your *opponent's* rolls on your *opponent's* turn. Since, on anyone's given turn, you are usually attacking instead of defending, only attack type rolls are usually PC-able (attack rolls, BCF rolls, regen, etc).
Now, occasionally, you (or your opponent) will sometimes roll a defensive roll on your (or his) turn. This typically happens most often when facing the scenario Galactus. In the scenarion, Galactus doesn't actually have his own turn, he just counter-attackers immediately after a successful attack. So since it is still *your* turn when Galactus counters after you managed to ping him for a couple clicks, you can reroll your Impervious (assuming he's not on a Psychic Blast click) or Super Senses.
Alternatively, the other way this comes up is with EE splash damage or the Earthquake BFC. If one of your characters is caught in the splash of one of your own EE attacks, you can reroll that character's Impervious or Super Senses. Also, if Earthquake goes off at the beginning of your turn (and your turn only) you can reroll Impervious (Super Senses does *not* work against Earthquake). Or, if Earthquake goes off at the beginng of your opponent's turn (and you have a PC-er in range) you can force your opponent's character to reroll Impevious.

Does that help?
Well in general i thought you could re-roll your oppenets Impervious or Super Senses reason being is that you you are making them re-roll on your turn not theirs. I know that you cant re-roll your own Impervious Super Senses because its not your turn its your opponeents turn. But when it is your turn and you hit one of his figures with Impervious or Super Senses and he makes it, cant you make him re-roll because its your turn and not his? that is my main question really.

No. It is *your* turn. You can only reroll *your* rolls. Your opponent's Impervios roll is *your opponent's* roll, not yours.
