1. Yes you can use the damage reduceing powers from the character you cannot however use super senses to try and avoid it.
2. There is no officialy ruleing that you are allowed only one of a REV, you can only use one of any specific unique though. Some house rules dont allow you to have more then one of the REV's but it is not an official tourny rule.
Alrighty thanks for the 411 man. Might keep this bumped as qustions always come up one time or another.

I can be reduced, sure, but just remember that the ally you would mastermind the damage to has to be of a lower point cost.
In the example you gave, even the most expensive (Vet) Silver Sable is 53 points, and R Power Man is 72 points....so while you've got the right idea, that particular pairing wouldn't work.

Just wanted to make sure you understood the rules properly, because I know what it feel like to go to a tournament ranting that you know how the power works just to be shot down by the judge or the PAC.

Fortitude? <--pseudosoldier makes a guest appearance solely to give Bladej a hard time
Then again, if they're using MM Fortitude, it's probably not SSable, and R Power Man probably isn't the fodder...
TRADES. eBay.
An Admin told me that I'm "too smart" for Another Realm. I hold that as a standing order.

As of Icons, Feats no longer add directly to a character's point cost. So even if Silver Sable had Fortitude, she'd still be her normal cost and unable to MM over to Power Man.
