Captain America #12 - Rated 8 - Cap tries to deal with what he's learned about The Winter Soldier. SHIELD wants him to treat it like any other assassin but he can't! So they send in his pal, Falcon to chat. Good drama stuff. I can't wait for Cap to face Bucky.

Daredevil #76-79 - Rated 9 - After hearing the Milla was back I had to pick up the last arc. Glad to see he may stay married. IT was also good seeing Elektra and DD take on Bullseye though I still don't buy he's as good a martial artist as them. And what happened to Nick Fury? He doesn't run SHILED now?

Amazing Spider-Man #526 - Rated 8 - Murlon finnaly makes his move and kicks Spidy's arse. Spidy does his best but just can't seem to harm him. Murlon ends up plucking out one of Spidy's eyes and eats it! I bet Spidy gets his eye back eventually.

Young Avengers #9 - Rated 9 - Great book. Still no idea what the archer chicks hero name is supposed to be, though. And yea, Hulkling is a skrull. But of course he's not a NORMAL skrull he's "special". A Super Skrull comes for him and the kids fight, and lose.... awesome stuff.

Ultimate X-Men 65 - Rated 8 - So, uh... Emma couldn't detect it was Mystique she was talking to? I mean even if she couldn't normally read Mystiques thoughts she would notice she CAN'T read Magneto's thoughts. Anyways, Magneto and Longshot escape. Lorna is cleared. Colossus is gonna go out with Northstar. A nice tie up to the last arc.

Uncanny X-Men #466 - Rated 10 - I felt this was REALLY good. I loved the stuff with Rachel and her grandparents. Rach returns home to meet the rest of her extended family. It's touching... up till the end when the fit hits the shan.

She-Hulk #2 - Rated 9 - YOU TRICKED ME!!!!!!!!! ARGH!! It was supposed to be PUGSLEY!!!! Jenn tries to let Hawkeye know he will die soon but can't do it. He is later placed back in the time screen before she can tell him! At the end, for her effort the TImecops say they will delete her from existance!!

HE ATE HIS ####### EYE! Let that sink in now, Morlun plucked out Spidey's left eye, and ATE the ####! It was pretty intense. Hundlin closed out his part well.

If I hadn't read the spoiler thread it probably would have been a bit more of a shocker, but either way I didn't like it so much. The fight was pretty good, and you get the feeling Morlun was playing with him, but it was kinda BAM! Morlun! and then they start fighting. Would've been nice if Spidey at least questioned why he was back from the dead, and the dialogue fell flat sometimes, but otherwise it was good. Impressed by Deodato more then I had been so far on the title. And the eye thing was just...unpleasent.

I have to agree with your assessment of Spider-man. One thing that I did like was that he did appear to be fighting for his life. Not many wise cracks, and he even threw a few cars in a highly populated area. He fought like a man posessed with eliminating the threat of Morlun. I would also say that he put up a very good fight at the end, almost more that ever before...? All this to say he didn't seem like himself. I'm not sure what to think about the eye plucking either. Maybe now he can go patch shopping with Nick Fury...

I just discovered something. By placing that little handicapped cracker head known as Triskit on my ignore list. The threads no longer stretched. So come on everybody take the little tards power to annoy away from him. Does anyone really care what he has to say anyway? Anyone rude enough not to change his location quote deserves none of our attention.

I picked up Shulkie #1 on darius_dax1's recommendation, and loved it! Issue 2 is great, too. I love the "time trial" stuff.

I have only recently "discovered" She-Hulk. After reading the current #1 and 2, I naturally had to pick up the two trades that are out (She-Hulk Season One?) which, come to think of it, is kind of like travelling "back in time." Awesome writing and decent art. Beats the heck out of an X-Book any day of the week.
