On the Spectre he has the JSA and Quintessence and also the Mystic and Quintessence. Does that mean using Mystic as an example that he would deal a click of damage if he is dealt damage and also that he can not be outwitted and does not take pushing damage?

Does he use the dual team symbols or either or?

Team Ability
In this scenario, The Spectre possesses the Quintessence team ability at all power levels.

Force

Team Ability
The Spectre possesses a team ability and team symbol based on its power level at the beginning of the game, as shown on Table 2.

In other words, scenario Spectre is always Quintessence, force Spectre is always whatever TA he begins the game with and the TA does not change (600 Mystics, 1200 JSA, or 1800 Quintessence).

So the 600 and 1200 pt Spectre can be outwitted? That is lame. If that is the case a 27 pt black panther can take Spectre impervious while everyone pounds him and he can not see through the panthers stealth to stop it.

Or he could just base BP and kick him in the teeth for 7 clicks next turn.
